Steady Platform streamlines webhook and event management with robust infrastructure for reliable receiving, processing, and delivery. In addition to supporting online technology tools, we do not directly participate in the business's actual usage process.
By visiting the Website or using our Services in any capacity, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“TOS”) without any reservations, modifications, additions or deletions. If you disagree with any provisions contained in the TOS, you are not authorized to use the Services. The TOS are a legal and binding agreement between you and us.

Steady Platform reserves the right to edit the content of these TOS at any time. We will notify our valued customers of any updates in the TOS.
1. Definitions
Steady Platform: A platform that streamlines webhook and event management for developers, commercially run at https://app.steadyapp.dev/
Customer: Legal entities or individuals who are Website visitors or users of services or/and applications developed by Steady Platform for their business.
Customer's Steady Account: The account that allows the customer to access the system through https://app.steadyapp.dev/auth/signin or the login link of the applications developed by Steady Platform.
User Account: For each system account, the customer has full authority to invite their team to join the system. The number of seats depends on the fee structure.
2. Customer's Steady Account
During the registration process, customers will create an account and password.
- Customers are responsible for securing their password and account and are fully responsible for all activities related to their account.
- Customers can invite their employees to join the system through the registration process.
- Customers should immediately notify Steady Platform if there is any unauthorized use of their account or password or any security breach, ensuring they log out after each session.
In case of a dispute over ownership rights to an account, the customer agrees that Steady Platform will be the sole arbitrator of the dispute, and Steady Platform's decision is final and binding on all parties.
3. Privacy Protection
Steady Platform secures all customer information and the content of customer accounts exchanged or stored on the Steady Platform as well as the applications operated and developed by the Steady Platform.
Steady Platform commits to:
- Not modify documents created by customers.
- Not disclose customer data except as required by law or with customer permission.
- Not access customer data except to resolve technical errors or at the customer's request.
However, Steady Platform has the right to access information about existing accounts on the system for certain purposes, such as notifying customers of new features or providing technical support.
Steady Platform retains the right to use the name of the Customer for marketing purposes or in promotional campaigns, product introductions, or in discussions with other customers of Steady Platform or potential customers of Steady Platform. For example, Steady Platform may include the Customer's name on its website to showcase all its customers.
4. Customer Data and Responsibilities of Parties
Customer data includes any information that customers send, upload, transmit, or in any way contribute to displaying information on their Steady Platform account.
Customers have the right to use and control access to the uploaded data on their Steady Platform account. Customers are responsible for all data sent to and from the Steady Platform.
Customers understand that Steady Platform does not own any data uploaded to the Steady Platform. Steady Platform only provides publicly available documents and/or instructional interfaces.
The decision to upload data to the Steady Platform account is solely the customer's prerogative. However, certain content is not allowed to be uploaded to the Steady Platform, including content that causes harm, fraud, harassment, or is sexually explicit, violates privacy, discriminates based on race, religion, gender, or disability, violates intellectual property rights, or interferes with or damages the Steady Platform.
5. Third-Party Platforms Collecting User Data
Steady Platform uses PostHog to assist in collecting and analyzing user behavior. These third parties collect information about how users access Steady Platform and their behavior, subject to their respective policies.
6. Support for Data Recovery
Steady Platform currently supports automatic periodic data backup for Steady Platform users. In case of data loss or errors, Steady Platform is responsible for assisting customers in recovering data from the most recent automatic backup. The maximum time for Steady Platform to perform data recovery is one working day from receiving a written error report and data recovery request from the customer's representative.
7. Suspension and Termination of Steady Platform Usage
The agreement begins when the customer agrees and terminates when all accounts associated with this agreement expire. For trial users who do not switch to a subscription before the end of the trial, the agreement ends when the trial expires.
Steady Platform has the right to suspend the customer's usage in cases of non-payment after a 14-day notice.
Steady Platform may suspend customer usage if the customer is using the Steady Platform for malicious activities or if the customer's usage is harmful to Steady Platform and others.
The agreement is considered terminated in cases such as non-payment by the customer or by court order or the competent authority's request.
8. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Steady Platform does not guarantee, declare, or warrant that the use of the Steady Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the Steady Platform will meet customer requirements, or that all software and/or documentation errors will be corrected, or that the overall system operation of the Steady Platform will be ensured (including but not limited to: the internet, other transmission networks, internal networks, and customer devices). The Steady Platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available' for customer use.
Steady Platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business advantage, business interruption, or data loss resulting from: (1) the use or inability to use the Steady Platform; (2) any changes made to the Steady Platform; (3) denial of access or alteration of data; (4) deletion, corruption, or failure to store data on or through the Steady Platform; (5) statements or actions of any third party regarding the Steady Platform; and (6) any other issues related to the Steady Platform.
